The UK&I Women Leader Programme (UK&IWLP)

The award-winning UK&IWLP is a unique, comprehensive, cross-industry programme designed to provide a series of experiences and learning opportunities to support career progression for high potential women leaders in the UK&I Retail industry.

This programme will enable delegates to:

Understand strategic thinking for leadership
Increase confidence and personal resilience
Build career-enhancing networks
Provide insights into the journey of a C-suite leader
Create an Individual Action Plan

The programme is open to DiR members to attend (member companies can nominate up to 2 women leaders per cohort). Non-members are also able to participate for a fee per nomination.
