What our graduates say about our Ethnic Future Leaders Programme
"Throughout the past 6 months, I have had the pleasure of connecting with a vast array of industry experts, inspiring guest speakers and met some great people along the way. I also got the opportunity to reverse mentor a senior leader from another business, a truly eye opening experience and one I truly enjoyed."
"Thank you to the amazing team who put together this programme and took so many of us along in this journey. Your time, effort, energy and enthusiasm has been truly outstanding. Feeling incredibly lucky to have been a part of this."
"Thoroughly enjoyed being a reverse mentor on this programme. It was great to learn how we can continue to support diversity and inclusion across our organisation."
"I am now left feeling empowered and encouraged in continuing my growth and development as a leader of Ethnic origin whilst emphasising the critical role that diversity, equity & inclusion play in achieving overall success within businesses."
"This is an incredible community of allyship, mentoring, sponsorship and collaboration that requires courage and commitment from every person involved and the businesses we are all part of. Rightly said at the ceremony, there is so much more we can and must do, and it’s on each of us to not just be part of diversity and inclusion, but to create environments that authentically foster belonging and contribution."
"One of the key takeaways from the programme was the exposure and opportunity to network with an array of amazing and inspirational people. Listening to and onboarding those ‘golden nuggets’ of advice from industry experts which I found so invaluable to help me take the next step in my career."
