According to the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM), nearly 8 out of 10 menopausal women are in work. Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workforce so it's important that we create inclusive and supportive work environments that empower people experiencing menopause to thrive.
This webinar will provide you with a deeper understanding of menopause and how different stages and types can impact colleagues in the workplace. Our panellists will share insights into the actions, initiatives and policies that you can implement to improve the experience of menopausal colleagues and how to enable line managers to support their teams.

Webinar: Neurodiversity Bitesize Workshop Series
This month the WiHTL & DiR Collaboration Community will be hosting three bitesize workshops on the topic of neurodiversity, with the aim of providing practical guidance on supporting and empowering neurodivergent colleagues to create neuro-inclusive workplaces.
The first session will provide attendees with a basic understanding of what neurodiversity is, how it impacts people in the workplace and the role all colleagues play in creating neuro-inclusive workplaces.
The second session of the series is aimed at line managers and leaders and will provide them with basic guidance on supporting neurodivergent team members, including responding to disclosure and implementing workplace adjustments.
The final workshop of the series is aimed at HR and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion teams to support them in identifying barriers for neurodivergent candidates and colleagues in workplace processes and policies and the solutions that can be implemented to address them.
