According to recent research, half of UK employees say they’ve experienced at least one characteristic of burnout (feelings of exhaustion, mental distance from their job, decline in performance at work) with up to 20% saying they’ve experienced all three characteristics. Webinar: Neurodiversity Bitesize Workshop Series

This month the WiHTL & DiR Collaboration Community will be hosting three bitesize workshops on the topic of neurodiversity, with the aim of providing practical guidance on supporting and empowering neurodivergent colleagues to create neuro-inclusive workplaces.


The first session will provide attendees with a basic understanding of what neurodiversity is, how it impacts people in the workplace and the role all colleagues play in creating neuro-inclusive workplaces.

The second session of the series is aimed at line managers and leaders and will provide them with basic guidance on supporting neurodivergent team members, including responding to disclosure and implementing workplace adjustments.

The final workshop of the series is aimed at HR and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion teams to support them in identifying barriers for neurodivergent candidates and colleagues in workplace processes and policies and the solutions that can be implemented to address them.
