Beating Burnout with MYNDUP

According to recent research, half of UK employees say they’ve experienced at least one characteristic of burnout (feelings of exhaustion, mental distance from their job, decline in performance at work) with up to 20% saying they’ve experienced all three characteristics. Burnout doesn’t happen overnight and it isn’t a permanent state.

So, what are some of the strategies for individuals and organisations in understanding the causes of burnout and overcoming its impact?  Join us for an open and supportive conversation that will cover:

- Defining burnout

- Early signs

- Personal and team techniques to address stressors

- Recovering and prevention mechanisms

- Q&A / exchange of ideas

Navigating Menopause at Work

According to the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM), nearly 8 out of 10 menopausal women are in work. Menopausal women are the fastest growing demographic in the workforce so it's important that we create inclusive and supportive work environments that empower people experiencing menopause to thrive.

This webinar will provide you with a deeper understanding of menopause and how different stages and types can impact colleagues in the workplace. Our panellists will share insights into the actions, initiatives and policies that you can implement to improve the experience of menopausal colleagues and how to enable line managers to support their teams.

This webinar is suitable for HR and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Teams, Employee Network Groups and anyone who wants to increase their knowledge of menopause at work.
