This month the WiHTL & DiR Collaboration Community will be hosting three bitesize workshops on the topic of neurodiversity, with the aim of providing practical guidance on supporting and empowering neurodivergent colleagues to create neuro-inclusive workplaces.

The first session will provide attendees with a basic understanding of what neurodiversity is, how it impacts people in the workplace and the role all colleagues play in creating neuro-inclusive workplaces.

The second session of the series is aimed at line managers and leaders and will provide them with basic guidance on supporting neurodivergent team members, including responding to disclosure and implementing workplace adjustments.

The final workshop of the series is aimed at HR and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion teams to support them in identifying barriers for neurodivergent candidates and colleagues in workplace processes and policies and the solutions that can be implemented to address them.

This webinar has been developed to help working mothers navigate the challenges of balancing family responsibilities with professional growth. This expert-led session will provide insights and actionable advice to help women achieve success in both their personal and professional lives without compromising their wellbeing.
